Purchased 2 of these as it sounded so good, I couldn't be more disappointed! I always use No7 serums and love them but this one doesn't soak into your skin no matter how little you use when it's dry it peels off and it's even worse when you apply foundation, I'm so annoyed with myself for not purchasing one instead of 2 waste of money. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I have been using the No7 skin range for many years, so when I read about a new Firming Booster Serum and was told results may be seen within 1 week of using I thought I would try it. I have been using for over 4 weeks now, applying as instructed and unfortunately have seen no difference at all. I will continue to use until tube is finished to see if anything changes. One thing I have noticed while using this product when squeezing the tube to apply the serum, the serum keeps being sucked back into the tube even after shaking, which can become a bit of a pain!

61 year old. I have been using this since the launch and foolishly bought 3 for 2 (I have taken the remainder back for refund btw) Made my skin feel lovely and soft but did not make any difference to the look of it. As others have said it peels off as soon as you apply any other product afterwards ie moisterizer, make-up even after waiting 30+ minutes. I like the massaging balls though and will continue to use when the serum has finished but overall very disappointing results. A waste of time and money not to mention the anticipation. Am looking now to drop No7 from my regime altogether.

I bought this shortly after it was launched and I am annoyed at my stupidity. It simply sits on top of the skin....so how on earth can Boots make these claims? What a waste of money

I brought this about a week ago after reading a mix of reviews and I can’t honestly say it’s amazing and worth every penny. I get Botox every 3 months and it’s started to wear off so I’ve been using this to firm the skin and it’s done wonders. All the saggy wrinkly skin has firmed on my neck and my jaw line is a lot more defined. It never peels my foundation but that is because you only need the size of pea for your whole face + massaging it with the fingers makes in settle within 2 miniutes maxmimum! Cant recommend enough.
