I’m usually cynical about ‘miracle’ lotions and potions but not this one. Having lost weight and a little ‘jowly’ I’m pleased to say that this product has certainly firmed up my face. I’m on my second tube and can highly recommend it. The small metal balls gently massage my face, definitely worth the money.

I rarely write a review but I was so impressed with this I wanted to share it. I am a loyal customer of no7 products, some more successful than others but I started to use this on my neck as it was aging far quicker than my face which was starting to make me feel really self conscious (I'm 47 years old). I've tried other neck creams with no success but I can honestly say this has made such a difference to my neck. The awful crepyness has reduced loads and feels firmer than before. I was surprised how much of a difference it made to me. I no longer feel self-conscious about it and now matches my face age better!! . I've been using it for a good 4 months and I'm still on the same tube so lasting well.

I used some of my Grand National winnings to buy this, and I am so glad I did. Everybody has commented on how well my skin looks, and even I can see the difference. As for the negative reviews . . .read the instructions, as I only use a TINY drop, which covers my skin, and I am not a petite build!! (I even put a drop once a week on my chest!! and it looks better)

I have been using this for nearly a month now and have really noticed a remarkable change to my skin. Neck and jaw line are definitely firmer and a small pouchy bit of skin by the corner of my mouth has completely disappeared. I have also used it on my top lip which has reduced lines there too. At a recent family occasion, several people I hadn't seen for at least 5 years, remarked how I hadn't aged, which was lovely as I am now 55. I use the serum morning and night. I only use a small amount and massage in any excess. I don't use any serum, but use moisturiser(Garnier miracle wake up cream), then the no 7 airbrush away primer before Revlon instant lift foundation. Have only had problems like peeling off when I haven't massaged excess product in, or put too much on in the first place by mistake. Have never had a problem with serum being sucked back into tube. I only give the tube one firm downward shake to get the product down to the applicator as instructed. I have used many firming products over the years, some expensive like Elemis, and I've never had such good results from a serum before.

I've been using this since it was launched, and whilst it can't work miracles, the lower part of my face does seem a little fuller, which will then lift the jawline. The drooping has been years in the making, so I'm not expecting a miracle reversal, but a tightening and filling out..... And hopefully some prevention against more drooping.... Will do for me! I'm happy with the gentle improvement and will continue using. I do think that a video link of how to apply would be useful. Many reviewers, seem to be using too much, and maybe not following the instruction to rub in excess product and are letting it dry on the skin.

I've been using it for around 10 days and can see a real difference on my jawline and cheekbone (my lifelong problem areas). I use a hot cloth cleanser so it may be that having pores open from that helps? I've had no pilling or rolling off as others report. I'll definitely be continuing to use it.

I LOVE this serum. I have to say I was skeptical when I read the reviews but I've had no issues with the application. I apply immediately after washing and toning and just use a pea size amount starting from my neck upwards. It's absorbed quickly. I then use moisturizer and foundation and I've had no issues at all. I have used consistently since it was launched and definitely see an improvement around my neck. I will continue buying and using!

Love this product. It glides on smoothly and dries quickly. It is perfect under my tinted moisturiser, and is making my skin feel tighter and smoother. If you can’t follow the very clear instructions to use no more than a peppercorn size amount of product, then it won’t be for you. It’s not rocket science - if you don’t follow directions, it won’t work as intended.
