I wanted to write this to counter all the negative reviews. Perhaps you need to be pretty old to get all the benefits! I am on my second tube of this and use it mainly on my jawline which at 62 had started to get seriously saggy. I only use it at night and have been astonished at the firming results. I always approach new products with low expectations but this has not disappointed. I am also a fan of the restore and renew range but have been using no.7 serums since they launched, working my way through the age ranges. I do get compliments about my skin looking younger than my age and attribute it to many years of using no.7.

Started using this a couple of months ago specifically for neck and jawline. There was a definite improvement straight away and that has continued. This has really had a more pronounced effect than just the lift and luminate serum on its own - have already purchased more with the recent special offers. A little goes a long way and am still on my first bottle. Perhaps its because my skin was a bit more saggy having lost a lot of weight suddently four years ago but am more than happy with the effect.

Really like the applicator having previously used No 7 without this. Wondered if you pay the extra money because of this feature but either way I do quite like it, I find it soothing. What I’m not so convinced by is the serum. I’d read some reviews and wanted to try it myself, and do find it peeling and that if I rub my skin after lots of residue comes off. I do not buy into this being attributed to putting too much on, I am frugal in application, moving the applicator over the areas of my face only once - I also keep the product upright at all times so all the serum doesn’t go straight to the head and I don’t squeeze the bottle when applying. Does my skin look better? Not that I notice enough sadly.

I brought this about a month ago and use it every morning. It has definitely improved the look of the skin on my neck. Only once did it bobble , so I rub it in afterwards give it 5-10 mins before using my advanced serum then 5 mins or so I slap on some no7 moisturiser spf 15 . I was quite sceptical but I used £5 voucher and the 3 for 2 offer . A little goes a long way ,don’t be tempted to put lots on to work faster ( it won’t) my skincare routine could be better ( I don’t do evenings) love the sun ! And use a face wash in the morning . I’m 56 and noticed my neck was looking turkey like ,this has definitely helped. I would recommend.

Bought three tubes when it first came out and two months later I can certainly see the difference. The appearance of the between brow frown lines have visibly reduced and the forehead area seems much less furrowed. This is the first anti ageing product I have used and will continue to do so. Quite impressed by the result.

I've been using this serum for 2 weeks and haven't noticed any difference. It's just as poor as the line correciting serum and a waste of money. I won't be buying anymore no7 products again.

Bought this a week ago and I can already seen a massive improvement in firmness around my jaw line defenatly re purchasing

Have been using this since the launch. I think I can see some results but to be honest nobody else has said I look 5yrs younger like the claim! I really don’t like the feel of the metal balls. They ‘catch’ on my jawbones, cheek bones and eye sockets and just feels very uncomfortable. I’m a woman of a certain age and have no plumpness under my skin anymore, so my bones are very near the surface. I have been using my fingers to apply the serum. I don’t wear foundation so have had no pilling issues. The product seems to sink into my skin fully, leaving no residue. I’m happy with the product but think it is overpriced, especially as they could do without the, probably expensive, metal ball applicator in my opinion.

I bought this and mixed it with my other no7 serum and my fave felt so nice. Dies not bring me out in spots like other brands.

After using this for several months I am sorry to say it made no difference. Also despite taking time to rub it in during the day it flaked. Expensive item, perhaps less fancy packing would bring the price down?
