I purchased product 2 weeks ago and have followed the routine. I have taken photos before and at different gaps between and have seen no results. I purchased 3 for 2 and clearly feel I have been miss sold this product. The product is not as popular as now on offer on line at 1/2 price.

After two weeks use, I do feel as though I have seen a small improvement in the fine lines that have appeared in recent years due to my skin losing firmness, particularly around my upper and lower lip and around my chin area. I have also noticed some improvement in the firmness around my jaw line when I look down. I would say that the instructions for use are very basic, so I hope that I am using it correctly. I really like the packaging and the massaging applicator whcih makes the product feel different to anything else that I have used.

I’ve been using this daily for over 6 months & I’m sure the skin on my neck is much firmer & not so saggy. You only need ( as product says) a very very small amount so lasts ages. Once I have gone around neck with the applicator I massage in with my fingers. Then apply serum before moisturiser which again using smaller amounts.

First of all I find it VERY difficult to get any product out of the tube. I have to press very hard and then too much appears. Secondly I find the roller unpleasant and painful on my skin. It is useless and gimmicky. After applying moisturiser on top, this then bobbles and has to be rubbed off. The product has quickly been used up due to too much being used in one and go and I cannot say I can see much improvement in my skin. A lot of money to pay to be let down once again by No 7 again.

I bought this product around a month ago. To be honest I haven’t noticed any improvement so will not be buying it again Very disappointed considering the cost

To get a long term solution your going to need something more than an over the counter treatment in the long run it's going to cost a lot. once you stop it's then back to square one.

I bought this Laboratoies booster serum on 1st May and to date I have seen no change to my neck. I also purchased the day face and neck multi action cream together with the night cream for face and neck multi action cream. A waste of money!

Does not work. Simple as. I feel annoyed at myself for believing the hype. Oh well.

What an amazing improvement, I have to say you need to use it morning and night to see an improvement but it’s worked wonders for this old skin

I bought the firming serum 10 days ago. It just sits on my skin. I regularly exfoliate but that doesn't seem to help. It rolls off my skin when I apply foundation or moisturiser. If I could review and not give any stars I would. Its a complete waste of money
