Received this as a gift and it states "suitable for sensitive skin" on the pack. When I removed the sheet mask, my skin was roaring red and covered in patches of irritation. Has left my skin feeling tight and dry even after my usual moisturiser.

I really enjoyed using the No7 Restore & Renew Face & Neck Multi Action Serum Boost Sheet Mask. The mask felt comfortable on my skin and I loved that it covered both the face and neck, which made it feel like a more complete treatment. After using it, my skin felt noticeably softer, smoother and more hydrated, and it looked fresher and more radiant. I especially liked the boost of moisture it gave my skin without leaving it feeling heavy or greasy. It was a lovely product to use when my skin was feeling a little dry or dull and needed some extra care. I’d definitely use this again as an occasional pampering treatment, especially before an event or whenever I want my skin to look and feel more refreshed.

I am absolutely in love with this sheet mask! It is so hard to find a mask that properly treats the neck area, but No7 nailed it with this design. The serum feels incredibly luxurious and there is plenty of it in the packet. Immediately after removing it, my skin felt completely drenched in moisture, plumper, and noticeably smoother. I’ve been using it twice a week for the last month as part of my age-defying routine, and my skin genuinely looks firmer and more even. Plus, love that the mask itself is biodegradable. Will definitely keep stocking up on these.
