I am a bit dubious about cooling mists, how do they differ from water! However this felt instantly refreshing! Lovely smell and lovely and cooling!

Menopausal ladies who suffer from hot flushes, I recommend this product to you. I keep it in my bag. When the heat from the flush starts, a couple of sprays on my face helps to calm the flush down. Remember to remove your glasses first. Pretty packaging too. I wait for the buy 2 get 1 free offer to save money. I get through a fair bit. Especially when friends are like, what is that? They have a spray and comment they love it. Need a travel size though as it is a big bottle, hence 4 stars.
