No7 High Shine Lip Crayon Desert Rose 2.71g

I was recently given one of these in the shade daydreamer and I absoloutely love it. It's a lovely wash of colour without it being too bold or brash, with the shine of a lipgloss without all the gloopy mess. It lasted for a good few hours too, and it wore it day and night. My definite new fave lip product, I can't wait to try out some of the other shades. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try out a new colour for their lips!!

I purchased the product on the basis that the reviews here were all very good and whilst I agree the crayon is very easy to apply and nicely moisturising but in no way sticky, three weeks of use on and I cannot make it last more than maybe twenty minutes before needing to re-apply. I don't think I'll be trying any other colours just yet.

I stumbled across this whilst wandering around Boots waiting for my Mum, and I'm glad I found it! I've used lip crayons before and found that they were difficult to apply or that the colour was too harsh. I picked up this lip crayon in 'Daydreamer' (which by the way is nothing like the swatch on the website - it's more a peachy nude colour) and applied a bit to my hand. Straight away I noticed how glossy and smooth it went on and looked. It's just brilliant - applies like a lipstick, lips feel moisturised like a lip balm and shines like a lip gloss without the stickiness! Daydreamer is a perfect everyday colour to wear, I'm definitely going to buy some more shades for different looks! I don't normally look at No 7 products, but this has changed my perspective of the brand!

Noticed this while stocking up on essentials,tried the Daydreamer and bought it! So glad I did as it has been my 'reach for' lippy ever since. Being a lady of a certain age, I steer clear of gloopy lip glosses as they bleed into the lines and don't stay put. This, however, gives a pretty wash of colour with amazing staying power-and still shiny! For an everyday neutral colour, Daydreamer is perfect and can always be dressed up a bit with a nude lip liner. By the way, this shade is nothing like the colour swatch on the website. Would love to see some extra shades, well done No7.

I was sceptical about a lip crayon and normally prefer a matte lipstick, but I received this in there spring box promotion. It's a really nice sheer coverage but not too sheer as to just look like a gloss. I got it in a pinky/red shade this was amazing as it applied a beautiful red colour to the lips but allows some of your natural lip colour to show through for an 'enhanced effect' However my favourite thing about this lip crayon is that it appears to stain the lips so when it starts to fade you don't get that lipstick line. I would definitely recomend this to someone who wants to try a red lip but is a little nervous

This is the second time I have bought this lipstick. I used the first one until the last drop. Easy to apply, it lasts well and is very good value for money.

It's a nice naural rosy beige colour that is the perfect nude for me (I did find that the actual colour is a more browny pink than how it looks in the picture on the website). I find these crayons are really nice to apply, they're very moisturising and glide on giving the lips a nice glossy shine without any stickyness. Because they're moisturised and glossy they don'the have the longevity that the matte version of the crayons have but I don't mind reapplying when needed.

I prefer lip crayons to lip sticks and have tried many different makes. The No7 lip crayons are easily my favourite. So easy to use, the colour is great with easy coverage and long lasting.

I bought this lip crayon on the recommendation of the No7 advisor and got to say I was really impressed. As a busy mum of 6 I don't have a lot of time for full make up day to day but I find this lip crayon and a coat of mascara makes me feel like I've made enough effort to face the playground
