Free daily rituals to help you feel in control of your day and your skin throughout menopause.
Menopause can be a stressful period for many women, partially due to hormonal changes and disruptive symptoms like hot flushes, disturbed sleep and mood swings.
The drop in oestrogen levels makes it difficult to regulate cortisol levels as effectively as before, causing everyday stress to be experienced more readily.
This drop in oestrogen also affects the skin, with dryness, dullness and sensitivity being some of the most common skin symptoms reported by menopausal women.
Skin is an outer reflection of our overall inner health & wellbeing and therefore it can reflect how well you are coping with the many challenging changes of the menopause.
To better support women along their menopause journey, No7 has partnered with Clementine, an innovative cognitive hypnotherapy app, hailed as one of “the seven apps every woman should own”.
Clementine’s mission ‘to create a world where every woman believes she can do anything she puts her mind to’ perfectly aligns with No7’s philosophy.

Together we have created six Mind-skin rituals – free daily rituals that combine the sensory power of skincare application with the power of cognitive hypnotherapy to support menopausal women deal with the most common concerns. The rituals that we have designed are:

Clementine was founded by Kim Palmer. Kim came up with the idea for Clementine after going through a difficult period in her life – she lost her confidence completely and at her worst she thought she might have to give up her career as she didn’t feel equipped to deal with the emotional roller-coaster she was experiencing. But after seeking help, Kim found that hypnotherapy made her feel calmer, more confident and better able to cope.
After spending a few years getting better but seeing more and more women like her suffering (in silence), Kim thought it was time to do something to help them and she built Clementine.
It started as a passion project and now Clementine has a perfectly formed team of five who live and breathe finding innovative ways to help other women look after their emotional wellbeing and their mindsets."
