AWFUL.
What's happened to this cleanser ??!! It used to be so lovely. The rose scent has gone & there's now an awful consistency too. Nope. Will not be buying this again.

The best makeup remover I have found
I love this cleanser, it leaves my skin feeling great and gently removes all my makeup without causing any irritation.

Better than Liz earl
Amazing product, especially for the price point. I have super sensitive skin with eczema and spots and after week 1 my skin was smoother and less dry and irritated. But the best improvement was after a few months, overall my skin has been in a much better condition consistently with fewer breakouts and a general brighter and radiant completion. Ignore reviews about it smelling like pva, this isn’t true. It just isn’t heavily perfumed and smells just like any other product withough strong perfumes.

As good as Liz Earle!
I have lots of hot cloth cleansers to try out and I am so impressed with the No7 version. For £10 it’s given the results I wanted and I’ll definitely purchase this again. Use this in the shower and let it sit on my face for few minutes before wiping off with a hot muslin cloth. Highly recommend!!

My favourite hot cloth cleanser
I’m a big fan of a double cleanse, and absolutely love a hot cloth cleanser. I’ve road tested about 10-12 different ones, and this one is my favourite! I was a huge fan of the previous formulation too (I admit I actually miss it!), but it didn’t take me long to get used to the new formulation. It’s gentle, fantastic at removing makeup and even eye makeup. There’s just no other brand that matches this one for me personally!

Awful
I used this roughly three years ago and thought it was lovely. I normally use Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish and thought i would give this another go. It is awful! Smells like PVA glue and quite possibly is the same consistency. Why change it, there was nothing wrong with the original version. It went in the bin!

Total skin radiance
Amazing product. I've been using it off and on for about 5 years, I have tried others but none compare to this. Within 1 week all my spots have gone and my skin looks amazing

Love it!
This has really helped with my oily skin, since using twice a day I don’t suffer with oily skin anymore, it’s also really helped with reducing spots.

Fabulous replacement
When Clinique discontinued its washable cleanser I was devastated. Bought up all stocks but eventually they ran out. Tried others and all were either too harsh or not effective. This product is soothing, cleaning and leaves my skin as soft as the old Clinique. I bought it as make weight for Boots offers on ‘buy one, get one half price'. What a great find.

As good as Liz Earle but not the cloths
Really liking this cleanser. Used to always buy the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser but now will use this. Skin feels great. Takes off mascara. Definitely recommend. (Don’t bother with the tiny cloths though. Those are not good. Get the Liz Earle ones.)
