Radiant Results Revitalising Eye Make Up Remover 100ml

I have been buying this for years - the shake to mix the oil layer into the darker blue layer one! I’m pretty sure many reviews here are for the other non oily one as the two pictures on the website are exactly the same but the ‘shake the oil layer’ one isn’t actually pictured properly, it’s got a definite two tone colour. Boots - you need to sort this out! This oily one works so well and lifts mascara right off but doesn’t feel greasy afterwards. No panda eyes! I used to use waterproof mascara which is how I first found this as it removed it so much easier than anything else.

I got this for Christmas along with boots other products. I specifically asked for an eye make up remover from boots as the last product I had was lovely. This one however does NOT remove my eye make up, a complete waste of money. Tell me how can I swap this for the original product I had?

I used No 7 Eye Makeup Remover (the one with the oil in that you had to shake to mix) for several years and found it to be 100% effective. The oil-free version is completely useless. I only use a light mascara and never use waterproof mascara so I am mystified. I can’t believe this was tested by Boots. What’s going on?

So, if you want to look like you have done 10 rounds with a heavyweight pro use this product. My tears of disappointment removed more make up than this! Don’t bother wasting your money...

I usually only write reviews when prompted after buying something online, however, I felt compelled write this review as this really doesn't work. I have used various No 7 products over many years and generally find them very good. I always bought No 7 eye make remover in the past but am so disappointed with the product now that it is oil free. It is fine for removing eyeshadow, liner etc but no good as removing mascara and I use no 7 mascara too. The mascara stays on my lashes and I have black smudges under my eyes, even after using the eye make up remover. I will no longer buy this as a cheaper product would give a better result.

I’m so impressed with this product, nothing has taken my waterproof mascara off so efficiently. It left the area around my eyes looking and feeling great.

I've been using no7 eye make up remover for years and since it had a formulation change and became "oil free" it is useless! I'm so disappointed - I've recommended the previous product time and time again. I can't imagine what possessed them to change a brilliant product.

It was in a special offer box at Xmas but this is poor quaility not sure if I can return it ?.

I have tried many eye make up removers over the years and think this has to be the worst one! It took so much to remove my mascara and I felt like I still had some on!

I bought this as part of a promotion so it wasn’t full price and I can safely say that I would not pay the full price! It’s good at removing eye make up, but it’s not amazing. Nivea Double Effect can not be beaten in my experience and it’s half the price.
