Skin is softer and tighter, and lines, marks and pores are reduced! One negative - I, like other reviewers, took an immediate dislike to the dodgy dropper. It is obvious that the formula is too thick for the pipette, even after a vigorous shake. Why is the pipette is necessary anyway? I haven't read anywhere to apply a certain amount of drops. Chuck it in a fancy glass bottle with a pump No 7! Sloppy packaging decisions aside, I really enjoyed using this peel. It is a clear, gloopy, jelly-like formula that feels cooling on the skin when applied. I used a cotton pad to gather the product and apply to face, so as not to contaminate the bottle, and then fingers to massage into the skin. Although I like my pampering products to be scented, and this doesn't seem to smell of anything, it still felt like a spa-at-home treatment. It was a luxury to apply, lie back for 5 minutes and remove with a warm wet cloth. My skin felt immediately smoother after use and blackheads and pores reduced. Less visible wrinkles and a tighter skin on the forehead too - result! It does scare me how we are all chucking acids on our faces more and more these days, with higher and higher percentages. This product is POWERFUL and while it is great that these cosmetic companies are giving us access to these powerful acids, we must use the power wisely! I started slow with this product, applying sparingly, and I am gradually increasing amount and frequency. I am also taking care not to use any other strong acid product and being wary of my sun exposure, for a couple of days either side. Acids can cause sensitivity, upset the skin and make it more prone to sun damage. Serious bit out of the way, this is an amazing treatment with impressive results which compete with those from a skin peel treatment at a clinic, for a lot less money! I have happily welcomed it to my pamper product drawer!

Given that I hadn't used glycolic acid at this strength before, I was quite hesitant to try this but there was not much irritation. However, considering its high strength I also expected more of a noticeable difference but there was nothing good I could attribute to this product alone. I will continue using in the hope that prolonged use may have some benefit.

I tried this product and it feels nice when you put it on and makes the skin feel smooth after application, but long term not sure how much difference it will make. I recommend the Ordinary Peeling Solution as a better alternative, but please do a test patch with that one!

I can’t tell any difference from using this product. Had quite a few break outs of spots which I’ve not had for a long time. May not be the product, could be having to wear masks. I’ll continue to use once they’ve cleared up to see what happens.

I couldnt use this myself as I reacted to the test patch, but gave it to a friend who could review it for me. "I cant tell yet if its making a difference but my skin felt smoother after I used it. I'll continue to use and see. The dropper is awkward and annoyed me."

Been using this for a couple of weeks now, I sometimes have sensitive skin (odd reactions to some products) so had to be super cautious with this - thankfully noticed no irritation or reactions! Skin is definitely smoother, and noticed a drastic improvement in how my makeup goes on. However in terms of longterm effects promised it’s too early to tell.

This is a good product. I did see a difference after a few uses. My skin looked smoother and pores smaller and tighter. I didn't notice a huge different to any blemish marks/pigmentation though and don't have enough fine lines to say if it had any impact on those. I had no sensitivity at all, but my skin is very used to actives and I've built up to higher concentrations over the last few years. I have blemish prone skin that is normal-dry and didn't find this broke me out or anything. It's a nice pampering treatment but it's not going to make its way into my regular routine as I have other products that I prefer and feel do more. I do like the packaging with the dropper as it helps you control how much product you're using - I just think I'm beginning more and more to move away from single ingredient skincare toward more rounded formulas that can multi-task.

I have used this several times now. I started with once a week due to it's strength but my skin reacted well and I now use it twice weekly. It applies easily, is simple to remove after 5minutes and leaves my skin with a lovely, soft finish and healthy glow. It's also done wonders for the flakey areas around my nose. The only thing that lets it's down is the pipette. The product is less of a liquid and more of a gel so is difficult to dispense using the pipette. I think a pump dispenser or a squeezy tube might be easier.

I have been using this for the past two weeks, once a week.I have never used a peel before.The dropper from the bottle made it quite difficult to use the correct amount.I instead used my fingers. My skin is not sensitive and I had no reaction or irritation.It was a but difficult to remove as a gloomy texture, I ended up using a damp flannel.Overall so far my skin feels do soft and tighter.It us too soon yo say if it has improved my fine lines but I'm happy with the product.
